Social Media
We have worked together with Boarshaw Tandoorito expand their social media presence, increase customer loyalty & engagement through various campaigns.
Our goal for Boarshaw was engagement. It was very important for us to build stronger customer loyalty.
“65% of the average company's business comes from existing customers”. Having loyal customers is crucial for any business so it’s very important to value your customers to ensure they stay.
We have also created a giveaway campaign, through social media posts & ads. The campaign has gained a lot of atention from the local community and increased engagement on social media.
For each post we design we have a clear set of rules for the colours, fonts and the type of content. Our visual aim for most of these posts is to make them fun as well as authentic.
Email Marketing
Email marketing is a wonderful way to reach your existing customers directly - with offers, news and updates.
It’s a great way to keep your customers up to date and increase your sales by providing tempting offers for your customers.
We strived to increase customer loyalty and improove existing customer relationship through email marketing.
To make sure that our emails were engaged with by the customers we have:
- Built Email lists. We have used various methods to get customers to want to provide emails for future communication.
- Copywritting. We wrote the content for the emails as well as created great headlines all whilst ensuring that they are creative, engaging and gets to the point right away.
- Email Design. Once the email is opened we want the customer to stay & engage with it. So it’s very important to make attractive visuals & and provide tempting information.
